At the recent Association General Meeting held on 31st May, 2024, a major breakthrough in academic resources was unveiled with the launch of the GPSA Library Bot, an initiative led by the Antwi-Eduah administration as part of its ambitious Academic 2.0 policy. The GPSA Library Bot is set to transform the way pharmacy students access learning materials and stay informed within the academic community.
The bot boasts a vast repository of educational materials, including lecture slides, reference documents, trial questions, and more. An AI feature is integrated into the bot to help streamline learning and research, enabling students to quickly find the materials they need, enhancing study efficiency.

Prior to this innovation, pharmacy students primarily relied on Google Drive links that were individually managed by the Academic Board. These links were shared as needed with specific classes, making access dependent on a third party. With the GPSA Bot, however, all relevant materials have been collated in one platform, allowing pharmacy students to retrieve what they need instantly, without external intervention.
The bot also links users, making it a hub for not only academic resources but also for broadcasting key announcements to pharmacy students. This feature enables swift and convenient communication within the community, further enhancing the student experience.
The launch of the GPSA Library Bot marks the fulfillment of a core promise by the Antwi-Eduah-led administration, a significant step towards the future of academic excellence in pharmacy education
