Following the admission of the 2023/2024 batch of Doctor of Pharmacy and Herbal Medicine students into KNUST, the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences was now ready to welcome about 311 students into its scholarly abode and usher these freshmen into their new pursuit by equipping them with requisite information for a successful journey through this fairly new territory.

An orientation session was thus held at the faculty on Thursday, 11th January 2024. The occasion was graced by the presence of a host of stakeholders including the faculty administration, lecturers, executives of GPSA, GHEMSA and ISA, and the Assistant Registrar/counsellor for the KNUST Counselling Centre, Mrs. Joana Joseline.
